Frequently Asked Questions

You Asked, We Answered

  • Our production process is divided into three key phases to ensure clarity and collaboration: Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production. We begin with a deep discovery session to align on your goals, budget, and vision. We then handle all logistics, including scripting, scheduling, and on-set management. Finally, we move to professional editing, color grading, and sound design to deliver a finished product that is polished and ready for distribution.

  • Video investment is entirely customized based on the scope, crew size, project length, and technical complexity. Our pricing is fully transparent and set at a competitive market value to reflect the high caliber and expertise we bring to every production. We aim to craft a project quote that is both reasonable for your budget and easy to say "yes" to, delivering outstanding results without financial compromise.

  • The timeline varies significantly depending on the scale of the project. A standard short-form social video may be delivered within 1–3 weeks of filming, while a larger corporate film or extensive coverage may require 4–6 weeks for final delivery. We provide a detailed production schedule, including clear milestone dates for review and final sign-off, within your initial quote.

  • We typically include two rounds of substantial revisions in the editing process: one after the initial rough cut and one after the fine cut. This structured approach allows us to efficiently incorporate your feedback and guarantee that the final video aligns perfectly with the approved creative direction.

  • All necessary logistics costs—including travel, permitting, location fees, and equipment rentals—are itemized and factored into your initial project quote. There will be no surprise fees. We handle all logistics whether the project is local or requires national/international travel.

  • You, the client, own the full usage and licensing rights to the final delivered video content for commercial use in perpetuity. DuPont Productions retains the artistic rights and the right to showcase the final work in our portfolio, unless a specific non-disclosure agreement is negotiated.

  • You will receive the final video in the high-quality, broadcast-ready formats required for your specific distribution channels (e.g., optimized resolution for web, social media, or cinema). While the raw footage is generally retained by the production company, it can be acquired and included in your final contract for an archival and transfer fee, if requested.
